Comite River Trip 6-7 April 2007

Saturday was rather cold and a little rainy.  The prediction was that the weather was going to turn even worse.  Rather than deal with a flooding river in a freezing rain we decided to do the last two days paddling on Saturday.  The last hour was paddled in the dark.  Of course, Sunday turned out to be a beautiful day.  Had we known we would have just stayed the night on the river and just toughed out the near freezing night temperatures.
